ORDER

  • To place an order, select the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy”.

  • If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@frederikagalerie.com. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

SHIPPING

  • Yes, we operate internationally and would love to deliver your purchases wherever you’re located. In case, any restrictions and/or limitations in delivery address occur we will contact you immediately.

  • Usually, we ship your purchases within 3-5 business days, doing our best to ensure proper and safe packaging first. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number, and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing hello@frederikagalerie.com. 

  • The regular delivery time within European Union (EU) is up to 5 business days and up to 10 days outside European Union (including US and Canada), however rural addresses, Asia, Australia and Oceania deliveries can result longer delivery times. We ship from Poland, EU.

  • Our delivery cost may differ depending on weight, size and volume of your purchases. It is calculated automatically at the checkout. We always choose the optimal shipping option for your purchases considering reasonable cost vs. time of delivery and specific conditions at your destination. Please, see Payment&Shipping section to check further information.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped with DPD, National Post (EU deliveries)/ FedEx, DHL, National Post (International deliveries, outside EU). You can track your package by entering your tracking number directly at the shipping service's website.

  • If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase or may leave a notice or/and contact you for the pick-up. Detailed contact information on your delivery address (your email and contact phone number) can be very helpful. Please, make sure to collect your order within the specified deadline.

  • If you need your purchases to be shipped later, please contact us immediately after your order is made by email hello@frederikagalerie.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee all orders may be storage and shipped later.

  • We operate online exclusively. There is no possibility of collecting your order in the gallery.

  • For orders outside EU duties are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

  • Please follow carefully your tracking information first. Your parcel can be delayed because of your national custom procedures or it can be waiting for your pick-up, because of your absence once it was attempted to be delivered by the courier under your address. Please note, adding your detailed contact information (email and/or phone number) to the delivery address can be always very helpful for the courier. If you need further assistance, please contact your local courier service for information on how to file a claim or please contact hello@frederikagalerie.com.  Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared as delivered by the courier service.

  • Please ensure to make detailed pictures of the damaged parcel and/or your purchased items and contact your local courier immediately or information on how to file a claim. If you need further assistance, please contact us hello@frederikagalerie.com. We will be happy to support your claim but please note, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items once declared as delivered.

  • We do not accept returns. Due to the unique nature of our products, most are one-of-the-kind either handmade and/or vintage, please thoroughly inspect the images on the site and the product descriptions. In the case you receive an item that is not in the condition as in description and/or shown in photos, please email us at hello@frederikagalerie.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • No, we do not ship to PO Box.

PAYMENT

  • We accept the following forms of payment:

    -Stripe (Credit/Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple PayPayment is debited from your card once you place the order.

    -Paypal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.When will I be charged?

    You will be charged when you place your order.

  • A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

  • The estimated shipping date is noted for each pre-order item on the product page. You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

  • For pre-orders, we collect 100% of payment upon checkout.

TRADE PROGRAM, PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS

  • We offer trade program for professional architects and interior designers. To learn more and get access to our trade program please fill the application form available on our TRADE PROGRAM page.

  • We offer promotions occasionally. You will need a special promotional code to get an access. Please subscribe to our NEWSLETTER to be noted first about incoming promotions.

  • Discount codes are applied in checkout. Please note we can not apply any discount code after an order has been placed.

  • We do not offer price adjustments.

  • You can purchase a gift card by clicking on GIFT CARDS. Please note, that gift cards must be forwarded via email from the purchaser to the desired recipient.
