Iwona Fryderyka Gach (FREDERIKA GALERIE) accepts the following payment methods:

-Stripe (Credit / Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

-Paypal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

Please note that possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged. If you are charged transaction fees by your bank, Iwona Fryderyka Gach (FREDERIKA GALERIE) will not refund these charges.

We accept one form of payment per order.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of EU taxes but exclude import fees (customs duties and taxes) if these are applicable.

INSURANCE

Iwona Fryderyka Gach (FREDERIKA GALERIE) insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Iwona Fryderyka Gach (FREDERIKA GALERIE).

SHIPPINGS

PACKAGING

All Iwona Fryderyka (FREDERIKA GALERIE) orders are packaged with special care to protect your precious purchases, which includes protective foams and fillings and double duration cartoon boxes. We do our best to ensure your purchases are packed with maximum protection. As far as we can, we use planet friendly recycled packaging materials.  

COSTS AND TIME

Our delivery cost may differ depending on weight, size and volume of your purchases. It is calculated automatically at the checkout. We always choose the optimal shipping option for your purchases considering cost vs. time of delivery and specific conditions at your destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier including the tracking information.

Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses and can result in longer delivery times. Iwona Fryderyka Gach (FREDERIKA GALERIE) cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Iwona Fryderyka Gach (FREDERIKA GALERIE).

EU SHIPPING

Within the European Union, most of our items are shipped by DPD or National Post. EU orders will arrive within 3-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders outside EU will be delivered within 5-15 business days, unless otherwise specified. We ship by FedEx, DHL or National Post. Kindly note that delivery to Asia, Australia and Oceania addresses can result in longer delivery times.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities and may require a formal customs clearance. Our couriers may contact you to retrieve your Tax ID or other documents to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

For orders placed outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

RETURNS

Iwona Fryderyka Gach (FREDERIKA GALERIE) does not accept returns. Due to the unique nature of our products, most are one-of-the-kinf either handmade and/or vintage, please thoroughly inspect the images on the site and the product descriptions.

In the case you receive an item that is not in the condition as shown in photos, please email me at hello@frederikagalerie.com within 48 hours of delivery.
