Marta Wojtuszek: Nature’s Dynamic And Rhythm

Featured Frederika Galerie Artist Marta Wojtuszek is specialised in woodcut and drawing. She graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, with Master’s degree in graphics. Her inspiration comes from the richness of the worlds of flora and fauna.

Nature’s Observer

“Observing horses, their untrammelled movement, freedom and the way they play with each other, gave me the opportunity to experience nature’s dynamic and rhythm.” - she says. It’s my personal way to show gratitude for the time I got to share with these beautiful animals. Like no other, horses remember the way home. They help me to remind myself about my own journey.”

THE ART OF WOODCUT PRINTING

All of the Artist’s works are first carved in wood blocks and then printed by hand, using a natural bone folder.
